Delete  Your Account

The fastest way is to delete your account directly in the Urbanza Realty app. The option is available to every signed-in user — no request or approval is needed.

• Open the Urbanza Realty app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Delete Account”.
• Read the warning listing what will be removed, then type DELETE in the confirmation field.
• Tap “Delete my account”. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email sales@urbanzarealty.com from the email address registered on your account with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include the registered email address or mobile number so we can locate the account. We verify the request, action it within 7 working days, and confirm by email once the account has been deleted.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile — name, email address, mobile number, and login credentials.
• Saved and shortlisted properties.
• Property requests, enquiries, and site-visit bookings you submitted through the app.
• Loan applications and any documents you uploaded with them.
• Support conversations and in-app messages.
• Notification preferences and push notification tokens, so we stop contacting you.

A limited set of records is retained after deletion only where the law requires it or where it no longer identifies you:

• Transaction, invoicing, and brokerage records tied to a completed deal are retained for up to 8 years to meet Indian tax, accounting, and RERA obligations.
• Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, or to comply with a lawful request from an authority, are retained until that requirement ends.
• Aggregated and anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely.
• Encrypted backups may hold residual copies for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten on the normal backup cycle.

Deleting your account does not cancel a signed agreement, booking, or payment obligation you already have with Urbanza Realty or a developer. If an active enquiry or transaction is in progress, please speak to your advisor before deleting. Once deleted, your saved properties, requests, and loan applications cannot be recovered, and you will need to create a new account to use the app again.
