  • Every project is screened on RERA compliance, developer financial health, infrastructure linkage, micro-market liquidity, and price-trend integrity. We decline projects that fail any one of these.
  • Yes — we coordinate pre-approval and rate negotiation with our partner banks and NBFCs. You retain full choice of lender; we simply remove the friction.
