  • Yes. With a registered Power of Attorney, we can represent you at every step — from agreement signing to registrar appointment to possession.
  • NRIs can own residential and commercial property in India without limit, but agricultural land, plantation, and farmhouses require RBI approval. We brief you on specifics for your asset class.
  • Sale proceeds of up to two residential properties are repatriable from NRO accounts within FEMA limits, subject to TDS and CA-certified Form 15CA/CB. We coordinate this with your CA.
